FL-ATRAINER contains 15 different exercises grouped into three different modules (each exercise contains a screen with an initial explatation what means that the student does not need teacher’s help to drive the simulator independently).

Module 1. Knowledge of controls:

1) Knowledge of controls 1: This exercise teaches the user  the basic knowledge of the forklift controls.

2) Knowledge of controls 2: This exercise asks the user to perform actions related with basic control.

3)Knowledge of controls  3: This exercise requires the user to perform different actions in a limited period of time.

Module 2. Practising circulation.

1) Slalom 1: The user must drive the truck on a route marked, without throwing any object or dump truck course. The first half of the course must be forward and reverse the second half.

2) Slalom 1 (in time): The same previous year but with control of time between points control.3) Slalom 2: Another driving tour under the same conditions of control and  running but this time with a more difficult track. The first half of the course must be forward and reverse the second half.

3) Slalom 2: Another driving tour under the same conditions of control and running but with a more complex track. The first half of the course must be done onwards and the other half, backwards.

4) Slalom 2 (in time): It is the same previous exercise but with control of time between checkpoints.

5) Slalom 3: The user will run in a rounded circuit without  breaking or throwing any object. In the sector part, he will run the race under the same conditions but adding time control.

6) Salalom with load balancing. This exercise suggests to make a track carrying a balanced load placed unrestrained  in the forks of the truck.

Module 3 – Handing loads.

1) Load movement 1. In this exercise the user collects three charges from the ground and transports them across the premises to leave them slowly on the right place.

2) Load movement 2. The user has to stack three on top of the others in the order and place established. On the other hand, the user should place three pallets above their respective structures formed by two vertical pallets on the floor and with low stability.

3) Placement of charges 1. The user places loads in three different types of shelves: conventional, cantilever and compact drive-in. The burdens are different in nature.

4) Placement of truckloads. The aim of this exercise is to take three loads from a truck and put them in the marks outside. Once it has been done, the user has to insert another three loads into the truck.

5) Easy circuit of moving loads. This exercise is a simple circuit in which the user will practice all the exercises previously taught: from placing burdens on different types of shelves to make a winding circuit with loads.

6) Complex circuit of moving loads. Like in the previous exercise, we have a circuit to move loads but more complex. Movement is added to burdens on ramps and difficulty performing other movements has been increased to give the user a greater challenge.
